International consulting companies Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield have joined Jones Lang LaSalle as co-exclusive leasing agents of the shopping centers Avia Park and Reutov Park of Amma Development.

Reutov Park, with its GLA of 43,500 sq m, will be commissioned in the city of Reutov (Moscow Region) in the first line of Nosovikhinskoye Highway in Q4 2013. Avia Park will be constructed in Khodynskoye Pole in Moscow opening in Q4 2014. With its GLA amounting to 235,000 sq m, Avia Park will become one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Russia and Europe.

Sergey Gipsh, Partner, Regional Retail Director, Knight Frank Russia & CIS, said: "First of all I would like to say that we are proud that our team is involved with the project of the trading center Avia Park, the like of which has never existed in Russia. Not only will Avia Park be one of the largest shopping centers across the country, but it will also become one of the iconic projects in Europe. It is worth emphasizing that the logistics of the internal space, parking area, and access roads of Avia Park stand out with their high level of organization; even considering the size of the project its integration into the existing infrastructure is unlikely to have a negative effect on the transport and communication of Leningrad Prospect and Zvenigorod Highway."

Ekaterina Zemskaya, Partner, Head of Retail Agency, Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield, сommented: "We are very glad to join the team working on the Amma Development projects. Avia Park and Reutov Park will change the landscape of the Moscow retail market and bring it to a new level. We firmly believe that our work with Amma Development, a highly professional developer, will ensure that these projects will become landmark retail destinations."

Tatyana Kluchinskaya, National Director, Head of Retail Department, Jones Lang LaSalle, commented: "The SC scale and number of flagship stores make Avia Park an absolutely unique project. No similar schemes are to be developed in Moscow in the near future. Working both on Avia Park and Reutov Park, Jones Lang LaSalle has built the base for the projects’ future success: we developed the brand and positioning platforms, launched the projects in the highly competitive Moscow CRE market and introduced them to the largest international and Russian tenants. I am sure that our new team will work together to ensure the highest sales level and open up new horizons for these developments."
