One of the largest Russian pharmaceutical holdings, the Group of Companies BIOTEC, has changed the location of its headquarters, having moved to BC Dezhnev, a modern complex in the Northeast of Moscow. The international consulting company Knight Frank acted as a broker of the transaction. Occupying over 2000 sq m, the headquarters of the Group of Companies BIOTEC is now located at the address of Dezhneva Driveway 1, Moscow, in a picturesque district within the environmental complex territory on the banks of Jauza river.
The office complex building with a total area of 17 000 sq m is a composition in the style of the modern, comprised of two different-storied elements: a 7-storey semi-circle and an 11-storey triangle connected by a multilevel glass atrium with natural lighting. BC Dezhnyev offers a secure landscaped territory with parkland, outdoor and underground parking, as well as developed infrastructure.
