A prestigious award ceremony in commercial real estate - Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards 2011, took place at Expocentre on April 14.
Only 22 out of the 42 real estate properties built in the last year and nominated for the awards had reached the final. A professional jury, which included representatives of the leading companies in the real estate, construction and architecture industries, determined the winners for every award category.
In the category “mixed-use development”, the award winner was the multi-function complex SUMMIT developed by the management company “Unicor”. The international consulting company Knight Frank is the exclusive consultant, who operates in leasing office facilities at the SUMMIT business center.
Located in the heart of Moscow, a unique A-Class complex offers tenants all the conditions for successful business: well-developed infrastructure, which includes a hotel, a shopping gallery, spacious conference rooms, restaurants, cafes, a wellness center, a multi-level underground parking for 400 cars and advanced life support systems. The entertainment component of the project includes a shopping center, a SPA facility and restaurants.
The total area of the multi-function complex SUMMIT is about 64,000 square meters and 18,500 square meters of this space belongs to an already fully operational A- Class business center. Presently, about 80% of the business center’s facilities in the multi-function complex SUMMIT are being leased out to major international and Russian companies. The total area of the shopping center is over 6,000 square meters. The total area of hotels is more than 17,000 square meters. The multi-function complex SUMMIT will include InterContinental Moscow Tverskaya 5*, which will become the first five-star hotel of this international hotel operator in Russia, and which is scheduled to open in the autumn of 2011.
