In 2014, a new shopping mall will appear in Moscow Region, in the city of Ramenskoye. Notably, it is going to be the first professional mall in the city with the population of 100,000 people. International consulting company Knight Frank is appointed as the exclusive project consultant in terms of the concept and brokerage.
New three-storied mall with the total area of 46,500 sq m will be located at the crossing of two central streets – Chugunova and Levashova, in a settled residential area and close to a railway station. The complex is supposed to provide the local residents with a new quality place for shopping and leisure. The project`s concept involves a balanced pool of tenants, among which there are such anchor tenants as a grocery store, a cinema, a shop of home appliances and electronics, a children`s products store, a sports goods supermarket, as well as cafes and restaurants. Leading international brands of clothes and footwear for the whole family will be presented in the shopping gallery of the center, as well as accessories boutiques, gift shops, cosmetics and perfumes stores. Also, a fitness center of 1,700 sq m will be opened within the project. The GLA of the Ramenskoye Mall will exceed 29,000 sq m. The complex is equipped with an underground parking for 494 car spaces.
The developer of the project is a Moscow company Sfera Group, whose portfolio features large completed trading centers in Kolomna and Lukhovitsi, in Moscow Region. The commissioning of the complex is planned for Q1 2014.
