The project developer, Moscapstroy, commissioned the building in October 2010. It was nominated for CRE Moscow Awards 2011 – a prestigious real estate awards on commercial property market.

This is the only modern A class warehouse complex for a long-term lease in the city of Moscow during the last 4 years. LG Electronics, Autotrading LLC, Supremo and other international and Russian companies are among the tenants of the complex which has a total space of 25300 sq m.

Knight Frank acted as exclusive marketing and lease consultant of the project and ensured a full occupancy of complex within specified time.

The warehousing has convenient access to main transport arteries (Moscow’s’ Third Transport Ring, and the Moscow Ring Road) and issues directly onto two of the capital’s principal roads: Warsaw Highway and Simferopol Highway. Tenants enjoy the benefits of developed infrastructure and the services of a professional management company. The complex has modern communications, and parking for goods vehicles and cars.

Viacheslav Kholopov, head of the Industrial, Warehouse and Land Department at Knight Frank: “The Moscapstroy project represents the only modern class-A warehouse development in the city of Moscow for the last 4 years. We are pleased by our successful and long term cooperation with Moscapstroy during 7 years on commercial property market. The exclusive agreements became a rarity nowadays, so we are proud of the trust and confidence given to us by developer of the project. Knight Frank exceeded developer`s expectations again and completely leased the complex thanks to coordinated work of our team and owner`s representatives”.
