All the necessary infrastructure facilities like kindergarten, elementary school, dry cleaning and department stores are located right next to the community and 1 km away from Gorki-10 community.

Maria Kotova, Partner, Executive Director, Knight Frank Russia & CIS: “Knight Frank works with premium real estate all over the globe. And the price always depends on the class (property qualities) and the location (territory qualities). This is not the first time when we take part in the project aimed at bringing both: the comfort living to the buyers and the reasonable profitability to the seller. We’ve done our best to solve both of these problems. In general, the concept of the project includes a special focus on details starting from the floor planning and up to the landscape design and infrastructure. At the same time, the pricing is at the limit between a country house and an apartment in Moscow.”
