Knight Frank takes part in MIPIM 2010

Knight Frank will take part in the MIPIM 2010 commercial property investment fair, to be held in Cannes (France) on March 16-19.

Goals of Knight Frank at the MIPIM 2010 international property fair, which brings together real estate companies from around the world, are to forge links with potential partners and property market participants, to promote new development projects and to exchange expert opinions on all segments of the Russian commercial property market with international players.

As part of MIPIM 2010 Konstantin Romanov, partner of Knight Frank, will take part in the sixth annual conference, Russia 2010: Face the Present, Think Long -Term, co-organised by Vedomosti newspaper and Reed MIDEM. Main themes of the conference are minimizing financial risks, prospects for the hotel segment, and the outlook for improvement of the investment climate in Russia.

Heiko Davids, partner at Knight Frank, will participate as an expert at the Russia Breakfast, organised by Impress Media company with support from Commercial Real Estate magazine. This event, which brings together leading market experts to discuss current trends on the Russian commercial property market, is being held for the 12th time.

Knight Frank will also take the opportunity to present the Russian Housing Development Foundation at MIPIM 2010. This Foundation has been set up on the initiative of President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to support residential property construction in Russia. Knight Frank actes as a consultant of the project.

Residential department of Knight Frank will be represented by Igor Roganovich, the head of department, and Elena Yurgeneva, business development director.
