Knight Frank experts will contribute to the 5th Russian Real Estate Forum, RREF-2010, which is being held in Moscow on April 15-18, 2010 at the Central House of Artists (10 Krymsky Val).
Vyacheslav Kholopov, Director of the Company’s Industrial & Warehouse Department, will be moderator at the ‘Industrial & Warehouse Property’ section on April 15 as part of the Forum conference, ‘Commercial Property: Reassessing, Transforming, Reworking’. The discussion will focus on roles of tenants, owners and investors in successful ‘reloading’ of the commercial property market. Issues for discussion will be: how to bring back investors, and how to reload relationships between owner, tenant and management company. Speakers will draw on successful case studies from 2009 in the warehouse and industrial segment.
Yelena Yurgeneva, Head of Knight Frank’s Foreign Real Estate Department, will speak on April 17 at the Forum conference devoted to the Foreign Property Market in 2010, Her theme will be ‘Investment preferences of Russians on International Markets for Exclusive Real Estate’. The conference will also give overviews of property markets in Bulgaria, Montenegro, Austria and Cyprus, and present specific projects on these markets.
