Moscow. Konstantin Fomichenko and Alexander Katsegorov have been appointed Deputy Directors of the Industrial, Warehouse and Land Department of Knight Frank Russia & CIS.
As of February 2010 Konstantin and Alexander are responsible for work with key clients of Knight Frank, tenant and buyer representation services, and business development in Moscow and Russian regions. Alexander and Konstantin have worked for Knight Frank since the beginning of 2007.
Commenting the appointments, Vyacheslav Kholopov, Director of the Industrial, Warehouse and Land Department of Knight Frank, said :
“Outstanding results and the professionalism of staff in our Department have enabled Knight Frank to maintain leadership on the Russian warehouse property market for 5 years. We made 27 deals in 2009 for lease of warehouse and industrial premises: nearly a third (27%) of all transactions last year for lease of warehouse and industrial premises in Russia were brokered by Knight Frank. I wish future success to all the staff of our Department in 2010 and look forward to further expansion of our business thanks to the new roles of Alexander and Konstantin.”
Konstantin Fomichenko graduated from the Military Academy for Strategic Rocket Troops in Moscow, specialized in engineering, and obtained additional education as a translator of professional communications (English language). He is now studying for an MBA in strategic management at the Plekhanov Russian Economic Academy. He worked from 2004 until 2006 as a consultant in the Commercial Property Department of Blackwood Real Estate.
Alexander Katsegorov graduated in 2004 from the Military University in Moscow as a translator-consultant in intercultural and international communications. He is now studying for an MBA in strategic management at the Plekhanov Russian Economic Academy.
