Vietnam the latest addition to Knight Frank’s Asia Pacific network

London, UK - Knight Frank, the leading independent global property consultancy, has opened its first Commercial and Residential property office in Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital, to enhance its presence within the Asia Pacific region.

John Gallander, country managing director who has 24 years’ real estate experience and has run a consultancy since in 2002 will head up the Knight Frank office. Jeremy King, Head of valuations who has decades of international and local real estate experience will oversee the Ho Chi Minh City operations.

Hanoi is a proud and rich cultured city with a population of around three million people. The opening of the new Hanoi office provides a full range of Commercial and Residential property services, including: sales, leasing, property management, valuation, consultancy and market research.

Hanoi represents an important addition to Knight Frank’s regional growth strategy, which will continue to lay the foundations for the sustained growth of its business and the integrated global delivery service for its clients. Knight Frank intends to open a second office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam by Q2/2010.

Supporting Knight Frank’s global network, the new office will further augment its services for clients in the dynamic and fast growth region of Asia. The Hanoi office is the latest addition to a growing list of established Knight Frank locations across the Asia Pacific region that already includes: Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.
