Sergey Gipsh, Partner and Regional Director for Retail Real Estate of Knight Frank Russia & CIS Career and professional achievements:
“The Russian market for retail real estate has made great advances during the last 15 years, in terms of both quantity and quality. Pessimists say that we are now close to saturation. But I believe that the vast geography of our country and serious shortcomings of many shopping malls already built or now under construction mean that consulting services will remain in demand for a long time to come. My mission as part of the team at Knight Frank will be to offer the market a new integrated approach in retail real estate consulting and to create projects that we can be proud of and, of course, that we can sell at a high price.”
